Youtube ad choice is wierd

Why, oh why, is Youtube showing ads for erectile dysfunction when my kids want to watch Mickey Mouse on it?!
WTF?!
This is on the Disney Cartoon channel, of all places.
Any moment now I will have to explain to a 6 year old what the story is about.

As stated by QT, adds are based on the searches you do. For example, do a search on Rolex watches and keep an eye on the adds. You will notice that they will focus on watches and or other similar luxury goods. In the same way as Mickey now has a sticky....

Its logged into the Youtube app with a separate account I set up just for such an eventuality.
Its not used for anything else.
And the stupid ads only show when disney cartoons are selected.
