YouTube isn't loading

It's a problem only in Cape Town area, because I can load those sites from JHB without any problems.

P.S. You guys should display your "Location" on your posts, so that you would make Shaun's life easier.

He keeps repeating himself and asking "Where are you situated" over and over.

Cant Access University Website

Hi, im studying for my final examinations end of this month and i cannot access the university website!!!! for my study materials and additional question papers... This is not good.. :(

my.unisa.ac.za

I cannot access any .ac.za sites, youtube, lifehacker... and its been like 4 days already... when can we expect things to work again. And internet speed is terribly slow since the apparent "weekend upgrade"..

I have 6Gig available according to the Iburst website, while im a 2Gig Turbo subscriber..

:(

Im having to connect using my gprs phone as modem, which is currently faster than my Iburst connection and it works atleast.

YouTube stopped loading on the 3rd. It's now nearing the end of the 5th, with no apparent resolution in sight.

How is this sort of service in any way whatsoever acceptable? What am I paying nearly R650 a month for? Bandwidth I can't use because the sites I want to browse aren't working, or taking too long to load? It certainly isn't funding a competent technical support team.

This is fast approaching the point of absurdity.

Uh... currently cant go to standard bank internet banking or mybb. Using vodacom to post this!

Same here, with all sites mentioned above, Cape Town Northern Suburbs.
I find not being able to Access the UCT sites most frustrating as I've got assignments to do, and emails to read(UCT email).

Yes, and our cap is reporting 2GB's remaining when we only pay for 1GB! I'm not complaining, but just to let you know...cos its the right thing to do.

EDIT: At the beginning of September, I checked the cap, and it said 1024MB carried over. So that's where the extra 1GB came from, although we finished the cap last month( i think).

Hi Hoodlum.

I think your problem is another one. We are investigating your allocation to see if there are any issues.

Thanks
