Youtube issue on Asus Nexus 7

Hi

I have rotation locked enabled, so the screen will always stay landscape, no matter if I turn the tablet to portrait orientation.

However, the youtube app ignores this setting, and will rotate to portrait when I want it to remain in landscape, especially when watching youtube in bed.

I've gone through the youtube app settings, but found nothing to force it to remain in landscape mode, no matter what.

Anybody got any ideas what to do?

Alternative is to browse YouTube via the web browser.

Ah well. One can but hope that the next update of the youtube app will fix this nonsense.
