Youtube on iBurst

Hi everyone
I am having problem watching youtube video on iburst and I am in the cape town area. Any one having the same problem?
on youtube it show "an error occurred, please try again later".
I try other video on youtube as well same thing happen.
anyone know why?

youtube opens for me, but i dont get any video playing when i press play, but it might be because i've capped out???

I also finish my cap long ago.
I was still watching video on youtube yesterday, but now...
