YouTube prepares paid subscriptions: report

It's great if they can add some quality programming, but I think if a free site starts charging, they're going to lose a lot a subscribers. If IGN starts charging for reviews I will go to game spot. If they start charging I'll go to the angry brit. Well, I usually go to the angry brit anyway, but that's besides the point.
 
If they start charging then channels will need to up their standards. By that I mean sticking to a proper schedule. Lots of popular channels sometimes skimp on their schedules and post videos late. This is ok for a free subscription but when people start paying, it's a different story.
