YouTube region issue...

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but i found this to be the most relevant.

So I wanted to watch a YouTube video of one of my fav local artists,Toya Delazy, when i try watch one of her music vids I get this error. She is South African and her music producer is Sony Africa but i cant watch it...



I will embed it so you guys can test if you can watch it.
