Z10 and 9900

My son is keen on Z10 and also 9900. Which would serve him best? He is an active guy, a young adult and always on the go. He is production manager for a company that hosts music events. Battery life, solid build and reliability essential. He frequently drops his Nokias and these never were damaged. He does not like WP8 at all.

I hear much about BB's that have hardware issues. Where do I find the real facts?

I cannot comment on the Z10, however the 9900's battery life is shocking. Mild use will get your son 6 hours max usage with the experience I have with that phone and that of my friends. Great phone (for a bb) but battery life is horrendous, don't buy it.

Or a 9790 and a good pouch. Very similar to 9900 but better battery life, also touch screen + keypad.
