Z170 Mini itx Motherboard Availability?

Does anyone have any idea of when motherboards like Asus MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT and Z170I PRO GAMING mini itx will be available in our local online stores, I see the Impact is up on wootware site but not available as yet did sent a email to Wootware but they not too sure them self of availability.
Really interested in building a mini itx gaming pc based around the new chipset.

The Impact VIII has been released but it is basically a downgrade from the VII.
I was eagerly awaiting the VIII but I don't see the point of "upgrading" now.

yes, I know both of these MB are released but they not available locally or at least no online shop that I have seen has stock. I know if you already have a haswell system that upgrading is not worth it. But am upgrading from a sandy bridge.
