ZA IP ranges

For those interested, I have an updated list of ZA IP ranges pulled from the IS route-server in CIDR format.
http://zaips.stroebs.co.za/routes-rs.txt

And for MikroTik format:
http://zaips.stroebs.co.za/zaips.rsc

Does anyone have an easy way to pull these routes in this format? I used to use a linux bash script to do all this but somehow my syntax doesn't match anymore.

Yeah that's what I was worried about. IS stretches north with their BGP so this kind of stuff comes through, hence why I posed the question for an easier way to get the ZA IP ranges.

Copy and paste them manually from http://bgp.he.net/country/ZA

May I also suggest looking at this: http://www.nirsoft.net/countryip/za.html
