I suppose. But I have a fair amount of people bitching about sybaritics after-sales service and very few complain about prophecy.

I also think sybaritic is very good, used them plenty times. I recently used digital addiction and was also VERY impressed with the service! Have never used zaps.

I can vouch for both Zaps and Sybaritic, the nice thing about Zaps is they are a retail store too so you are able to go in and browse stuff,

The thing I -love- about Zaps, is that you can place the order on the phone, and collect it same day.

I've used them many times to replace lightning struck equipment, and they're allways fast and efficient.

What's even better, is that if you order it through the site, you generally get the same price you get on any other e-tailer, without the hassle of waiting for it to ship.

If you stay anywhere nearby, they are the best place to order anything from, by far.

Even if sometimes there's a premium.

Zaps is awesome using them for alot of stuff lately, ordered a GFX card from them, within the hour got a reply suppliers dont have stock and he even gave me a alternative in my price range sent him a mail to say its cool and then got the payment plan instantly, so yeh zaps are really cool , also used prophecy and they really good aswell got my Gigaybte Gpower 2 pro within the same week

They know their products. Very helpful over the phone or via email.

Like CorneN I'm chilling on a very long order list and have been using Sybaritic ever since I accidentally clicked on their link on a PriceCheck search like 2 years ago.

Also, they have insured overnight shipping as an option.

Prophecy never even bothered responding to a R3000 query I recently placed with them so I took my business elsewhere. They also ignored a follow-up email I sent to inquire why.

I dunno... I PM'ed Henk (Prophecy Guy) on Prophecy forums and got a response and ETA within minutes. I'd say thats pretty much awesome customer service.
