An incredible tale of betrayal

I was wrongfully and maliciously arrested on charges dating back to 1993, and detained with hardened criminals for about 26 hours. They released me without even bringing me before court - the chief prosecutor at Randburg court refused to even place the case on the roll, so baseless and frivolous were the charges of “fraud and theft”. My legal representatives were awesome, in spite of the tremendous behind the scenes conspiracies to keep me in detention. After scrutinising the docket, a prosecutor decided that the case has no merit and refused to place the matter on the roll - without even putting me in the dock, or requiring me to apply for bail.
The fact that I was arrested had absolutely nothing to do with the search & seizure warrant which enabled police from no less than 5 specialist investigating units to kick down my door in a manner reminiscent of ZANU-PF thug modus operandi. The warrant was issued on the basis that I am being suspected of 1) crimen injuria; and 2) contraventions of the Electronic Communications Act.
All of my equipment was seized, including numerous PC’s and servers, and in excess of 500 CD’s & DVD discs. I was informed by the superintendent leading the raid that this equipment will be scrutinised by the Organised Crime, Cybercrimes units (as well as the NIA probably) after which they may or may not bring indictments against me. Whether this will happen in the next week, after several months (if at all) is unclear at this stage. Judging from the wrongful arrest, plus the fact that I am innocent of these spurious allegations of hacking etc. I do not expect any indictments but it was clear that I was having the book thrown at me.
What is most shocking is that it was initiated and orchestrated by a long time “friend” of mine, a person supposedly with impeccable “conservative” and “right wing” credentials. A man who was ‘house friends’ with me and watched my children grow up, a man who I considered as a father figure, to whom I gave many thousands of rands worth of computer equipment, software and services to, free and gratis. A man who regularly borrowed one of my cars when his was smashed up or broken down. A man to whom I lent thousands of rands when he was in legal trouble. How true the saying “no good deed will ever go unpunished”. I’m not sure what angers & saddens me more- the “stank vir dank” ungratefulness shown by this person, or the malicious political betrayal he made himself guilty of.
What precipitated this was the fact that I had dared to take this man to task for his endless treasonous public attacks on people like Dr Dan Roodt, attorney Paul Kruger and so many other pro-White ’stryders’. A major warning I stupidly ignored was a few years ago when this person found out Dr Roodt was going to appear on Debra Patta’s 3Rd Degree TV show. Patta is no friend of SA Whites, much less the conservative variety. So this old “friend” of mine took it upon himself to secretly contact Patta in an effort to feed her supposed “inside information” on Roodt - Information designed to demean Dan and to make him look stupid. I was so revulsed by this disgusting act of treason that after confronting him, we didn’t speak for almost a year. Against my better judgment I buried the hatchet and continued the now slightly distant, less cordial relationship.
Some months ago he was interviewed by The Right Perspective internet radio show, during which he falsely claimed that he had written a book (actually article) on Mahatma Gandhi being an incorrigible racist who referred to blacks as “lazy and indolent ******s”. While the quote on Gandhi was factually correct, the truth was that Arthur Kemp had written the article. So I confronted this old man in a nice way, asking him why he fabricated such outrageous lies and needlessly handed our enemies the means to destroy our credibility. He was furious and insisted Kemp had given him special permission to do so. Very strange, considering that the article is still available online under Mr Kemp’s name. He further alleged that I was “spying on him” and was “out to get him”.
The situation escalated and many vitriolic emails were exchanged as hostilities got out of hand. Three weeks ago he circulated an email in which he stated that he hoped “God would forgive him for the hell he was about to unleash on my family”. He also promised that he would leverage his contacts in the ANC regime to “make my life hell” and “have me arrested and detained so I can sleep in jail”. It came as quite a shock that this man, whom I’d known for so many years, suddenly had “contacts in the ANC regime”, the very regime he ostensibly despises so much.
Stupid naive me dismissed these dark threats as hot air. Although things had never before reached such acrimonious levels between us, I really and truly didn’t expect him to contact the police as well as the National Intelligence Agency. I genuinely thought the whole thing would eventually blow over and we would even bury the hatchet and continue our friendship. Little did I know that he laid charges of crimen injuria against me, and accused me of hacking his computer and planting viruses on it. At the same time he pointed out my involvement with this blog, and my association with pro-White leaders like Dr Dan Roodt. For good measure, the 16 year old fraud charge was dusted off and this is what ensured my arrest and subsequent unlawful detention.
My wife and kids are severely traumatised, so much so that I had to send two of my daughters for trauma counselling. Every time there is a knock on the door, or we drive past a police vehicle, my little 7 year old daughter freezes in terror and fear and it breaks my heart. The trauma counsellor made her draw a picture of a policeman, and then encouraged her to tear the picture up, ostensibly allowing her to project her fear and anger onto an inanimate object. My eldest daughter who is presently writing her matric exams has difficulty in concentrating and all of them show mood swings, depression, bouts of crying and extreme anger tantrums - classic signs of PTSD. Not easy is the fact that ultimately, I was the one who brought this upon them. I feel deeply ashamed about having done this to my family.
All of my computer equipment has been seized and at this point I cannot even raise invoices or perform any of my IT-related functions, so my business is presently at a standstill. Hard drives belonging to my clients have also been seized which puts them in a difficult position. I have no idea when I’ll get my equipment back but if it continues for weeks or even months, it would severely damage my ability to provide for my family.
So that’s a summary of what’s happened folks. I will (if my legal counsel allows me - things are sub judice at present) write more detail of what happened. There are many other interesting angles to this story, including my experiences with the police, who for the large part (except for violently kicking down my door in the dawn raid) treated me courteously and with dignity. I even told the investigating superintendent that I had grudging admiration for him - he and his assistant were super intelligent and formidable in the way they carried themselves. It must have been humiliating for such senior officers to be raiding an insignificant non-entity like me. I was never assaulted or mistreated, although one or two police officers did go out of their way to show their vindictiveness and small-minded abuse of power.
On the whole, the black police treated me with more respect than the White officers did. One high ranking officer at Linden was extremely hostile, petty and vindictive and went out of his way to make sure I spent the night in the cells. It seems he was carrying out orders from much higher.
I apologise for taking so long to offer an explanation of these awful events but I’m sure you all understand my reticence in speaking out now - things are extremely volatile at the moment and I don’t want to exacerbate the situation or compromise the safety of my family any further.

The vast majority have been extremely supportive, but sadly a few didn’t hesitate to turn their backs - I guess in tough times, one gets to know who one’s real friends are.
Significantly, a few malevolent cockroaches have scuttled out of the woodwork with their knives drawn and flashing. The wheel turns and I’m not running away - this is only the start of a long and arduous battle. In time I will explain the roles of all of these opportunistic vermin in detail, which will expose their hidden agendas.
Being a pro-White activist in this country is not exactly an easy task. Whilst incarcerated in a stinking cell with three black armed robbers (and with whom I had some really interesting political exchanges I might write about later) I felt extremely angry at myself for having ever taken up the struggle for my people, especially since my arrest was arranged by someone I considered a comrade in arms. I was overwhelmed by the sheer betrayal. On my release I was initially furious with Doodler for having reported my arrest on WSAS- I was feeling extreme shame, humiliation and embarrassment and didn’t want anyone to know what happened to me.
