Zeona Motshabi has returned to Cell C after a five-year break from the cellular operator, to take up the position of chief corporate officer, where she will be responsible for the legal, corporate communications and regulatory departments.
Motshabi headed up Cell C's corporate communications department when it launched back in 2001, but has spent the last few years managing advertising agency Lobedu Leo Burnett.
Zeona Motshabi was a shareholder and director of Lobedu Communications Group and also MD of Lobedu Leo Burnett, a full service advertising agency. She was head of corporate communications at Cell C from July 2001 and previously a corporate communications executive at Telkom. Motshabi was formerly joint MD at Herdbuoys Advertising and Marketing.
