Zest mobile - does this lot even exist any longer ?

i did a clear out of junk including a zest1 - but there is one that needs a repair.

tried email - via their website - no response
tried msg via facebook - zero response
tried the repair centre number on their fb page: telkom "the number you dialed does not exist"
tried the main phone number - no answer


**the 2 phones came via afrihost - so i'm not exactly surprised either
 
Glad i didn't run with the mob when this was announced. What a fail device
 
A certain ISP STILL sells crap as pure joy....
 
Glad I managed to get a refund. Incredible Connection is sitting with a lot of stock. Many customers aren't happy. I thought by now they would have launched accelerate... not even axxess sell the phone nor are they listed on takealot*correction they are).

3days later and i have yet to hear a thing from these jokers.

decided to dump the phone - in all probability i'll be throwing good money after bad by spending a cent on repairs
 
One of the guys who started Zest was in res with me when they started it and still is at uni so, this isn't a big organisation you are dealing with here. Just a couple of start-up guys so don't expect much.

and Afrihost was still interested in selling their products? Why am I not surprised?
 
i got in touch with them a couple of months ago and they exchanged my unit

edit - via admin@zest etc iirc
