Zest Mobile T1

I bought a Zest T1 and I turned on the voice activation. Anyone know how to put it off? The manual is of no help ....neither is the contact number on the website - no answer

You have a Zest T1 that still works? That in itself is amazing.
 
It's MTK based and these usually boot into "flash mode" by unplugging the battery, inserting a USB cable and then popping thet battery back in... or a similar routine!

I'm 99.9% certain it should flask OK.

2026 calling. My Zest T1 still charges and switches on, but after Zest's black and white logo it moves to a grayish probably black screen, then the red afrihost splash, then loops between black and the afrihost splash until I pull the battery.

I tried the old power-plus-volume_down or power-plus-volume_up thing to see if I could factory reset it, but all it shows is dead droid on it's back with a no command screen, and obviously their website no longer exists. Does anyone know if this little junker is revivable, --its purpose now will be to entertain a toddler (if at all possible) with a screen that they can press rando buttons on and have it 'do something', but right now, its only function is to be a sad, slow, red afri-strobe-light
