Perhaps you don't understand what exactly is going on? I was stating that I SUPPORT THE RESCUE PACKAGE because millions of regular humans, yes zimbaweians are REGULAR HUMANS all be it, they can't afford your high speed ADSL or your steer burger with extra fries.

People are dying here man, you people really need to open up your hearts. Where is this hate from? Is it passed on via bloodlines or is this, dare I say, a 'race issue'(I know it is).

Sometimes one line is all that is worth saying to you. What is the point of giving a proper reply to a troll?

Cry me a river, they elected the criminals in charge with full knowledge of heir own suffering, they chased the "breadwinners" away and allowed the country to go from food export to zero production, from bread basket to basket case. Anyway, with that said. I want whatever can help those little kids suffering in ZIMB. I imagine if one of them was me or my cousin or a friend that I knew. Yes, PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING -> in our own fscking country! R50mil? The Mugabes can pay that out of their own bank account. Why must our taxes be diverted from our own people in need? We have thousands of people left homeless after last week's floods in our area. We have people starving in northern Transkei (amongst other places). And then we have Grace Mugabarge spending like no tomorrow...

I mean honestly, you are right. We have people suffering right here in SA and I know the Govt of Zimb is corrupt(which govt isn't?) But people, you have to understand the business aspect of this. Ok. The REAL reason for such packages is to prevent the entire country of zimbambwe to come to SA. You have to remember, if people can't find jobs, work etc they migrate and most of them will migrate down here to SA and SA HAS TO ACCEPT them this is a universal law almost, same thing semi-happened with China and North Korea. China supports n.korea because it does not want the flood gates to open and have the people come in and deplete the resources of the chinese. Google that.

I thought everyone knew this was the REAL reason for the Government to even look at the package. They have to do whatever they can to 'help' rebuild ZIMB before the entire country just merges with SA.

Anyway man all Governments are corrupt so at the end of the day the R50mill package won't even be used for what is needed. SIGH.

That's a bit harsh, considering the Bible preaches a lot about helping others. If I could, I'd 100% give them $50 million, to help their poor and needy.
But I won't because I know 100% that it won't help the poor and needy, it will only be pocketed by Mugabe and his ilk.

Helping refugee countries bordering us grow their economy is a sure way to stop refugees flowing into our country, but it won't work when the one country is also poor and corrupt and the other is even more so poor and very much more corrupt.

That's also my viewpoint. Even locally I donate direct to the poor and suffering as I believe that only a small percentage of donations to charity reach those that need it mostly. We have far to many of our own people suffering to be bothered about self imposed suffering in the rest of the world.

I have no problem with more than half of Zim's population being in SA.
Any time I need temporary workers, I have a Zimbabwean chaps number and him and his mates get the job done well and in good time.

Let Zim sink, and hope that it's a lesson for those that swallow all the ANC's BS, let them see first hand where that will eventually get them, if they're that wise.

If the Zim's rise up and overthrow disgusting Bob, I will dig deep to donate to their road to recovery.
