Zioncom Multimedia Player Help

So I have this multimedia player for my TV and it works with S-Video.
I'm playing around with the settings and I set it from "S-Video" to "480P".
Screen goes black, can see a few words, then blacks out again. I can't access my menu or anything to change back settings because I can't flipping see anything!

How do I fix this?
Zioncom's website and customer service is absolute shyte!
 
Is it one of those MVIX type players?

If so, maybe check on the back of the unit if it has a reset button or something. I'm not really familiar with these media players but it's worth a look.

Also, is S-video the only output it has?

look on the remote if might have a button like mvix's have that says video which shuffles the settings back to default when pushed.??? just a thought??
 
Unfortuantly no button like that :(

Antone here with a Zioncom know how to fireware update? Or something anything that can fix tthis
 
Hey sorry, yeah I have the exact same player as yours marine1

@feo well it supports another one, just video, a yellow cable but I honestly don't know how to set it up other than S-Video:/
