Zip password retrieval

I've spent more than an hour and a half and loads of bandwidth downloading a zip file from the net. When i want to open it, it's password protected
How do i unprotect it or somehow extract it??

sometimes the name of the site is the password... as in "www.great.com" or whatever.

Nope no go, and i wanted to make that bomb so badly
Aaag think i'll just download it AGAIN from another site here goes another hour and about 250mb!

lifehacker had something a while ago, that cracks the zip file in a couple of minutes, but you have to use it in a version of linux.

So check out lifehacker.
