A new alternative to MS Office and OpenOffice is here, and it's called Zoho Virtual Office and can be found here.

A quote from the website says it all :

This sounds very, very interesting. First ten users are free, as I understand it. This means that you can work on the same documents, calendars and stuff both inside and outside the company.
