Saw a post on reddit yesterday, guy claims to be getting 2.4m orbs per reset :(
 
3400 presents and should break 100m orbs today

Decided to buy shards with the prezzies, as the new challenge items take present drops up to 11 per.
Also, shards worth more than the 20% discount :p

Present drop rate seems to be improved as well.
10 minutes, 300 presents.
 
Finally got the 10k gift, let my laptop on for the last 3 days on w1 400 autoclicking every 5 minutes

I'm still way behind you on orbs though, only up to 40m now
 
Im struggling with the presents as well. Yesterday I've been trying to do 3 resets a day so I've been clicking in the game quite a bit and I only get about 100 to 150 presents per reset. I have all the boosters for extra presents though I did combine 3 of them at some point.
 
The maths on the 20% cost reduction works out to like 6 extra monster levels. I couldn't be arsed with them any more.
