Zone Alarm Pro is blocking my access to the DSTV website when I try to log in and I do not get a Security Warning. Please explain in simple language how I can overcome this problem. Thanks.

If you're not getting a security warning, why do you think ZA is causing this?

It may be a setting in your browser blocking java or javascript (or flash or other plugin). What browser are you using?

When I shut down Zone Alarm Pro then I can log on. That's how I know that the problem lies with Z.A. How can I adjust to allow trusted zone?

'kay. I have the free version not the Pro, and an old one at that, so the interface may be slightly different.

Open the zone alarm window. Go to Program Control > Programs. (It may take a minute to populate.) You should see a list of programs ZA has encountered with columns access - trusted, access - internet, server - trusted, server - internet. In the rows you'll see questions marks, ticks or crosses. Scroll down and check for any crosses - these are where access is blocked without a message appearing.

But I don't know if this will be enough, because I don't see how this would block just one site or protocol. That would be something that's in ZA Pro that isn't in the free version.

Thanks, Secret Pro.
There are three columns:

1. Trust Level
2. Access
3. Server

There are several crosses under columns 2 and 3.
When I tried to forward the DSTV error "signmein" message to someone else, it was blocked by MWeb. This is not my Service Provider. This is puzzling.

Have you any idea which crosses I should change to question marks?

Appreciate your help.

you could go to Firewall -> Zones Then click "add" and chose host/site. There you can enter the site name (dstv.co.za) and add it to the trusted zone.

But I also run ZA Pro and can access this site fine.

There is no problem accessing the site itself. It is when I try to log on that I am unable to register. I did what you advised but am still unable to log on.
Do you subscribe to DSTV? Can you log on?
The log on address consists of hundreds of letters.

It should have listed DSTV in one of its config windows. Just enable 3rd party cookies for DSTV and it should also go through.
