ZTE Big Button Phone

I have a ZTE big button phone with a RED button on the back but no manual. I've tried the web to no avail.
My mother in law who is + 95 years old lives in a retirement village and her landline has been down for the last 12 days. Telkom don't know when they will fix it due to their labour dispute.
Can anyone advise me how to get into the menu so that I can enter some numbers for her to call in an emergency?
If anyone can assist then please PM me.

its the SOS button, when pushed it calls 3 reprogrammed numbers constantly and emits a siren,

its in case the elderly person injures themselves or something like that...

if I recall you can change numbers in a menu someplace....

My grandparents have the same phone.

I cant remember the details, but setting up the SOS button was not difficult at all, if I remember correctly you have to push the button which will prompt you to set it up. Otherwise it was in either the phonebook section or the section under speed-dial

could cause a heart attack all on its own.....

Yes it's similar but you cannot download out of Australia or NZ.
