Which tender is that? The teacher notebook tender?
Gauteng On (more off) Line, which Sahara screwed up so badly - it's. Never been fixed!
Dudazane (Zumas son) was Government Account Manager for Sahara then - wonder what sales qualification he had and what his knowledge of PC's/IT?
Now you know how Sahara scored those Guvamunt contracts!

Eishhh, never - how can you show facts? :)
Duduzanes unused business still litter the desk at Sahara, proud momentos kept by some the staff to say "Dudu worked here"
Ernest & Young were the appointed auditors for the GOL fisaco - they know the truth!
Almost every Gauteng principal could tell you horror stories of the balls up!
Hawks should question Abrie van Staden & Gary Naidoo(Sahara staff in charge of project) privately in their chambers & get a confession from them!
After all this was a huge waste of Guvamunt, NAY
TAX PAYERS MONEY!

How did Sahara screw it up badly? Pretty much every major local PC manufacturer was involved in GOL, Sahara, Pinnacle, Mustek all were GOL suppliers

Dont think you know what you're talking about tbh

So did they have their fingers in both the teacher laptop initiative and Gauteng Off-line?

Nope! Sorry Buddy! You only think what you know to be correct!
Precisely why Pinnacle, Business Connection, Mustek were brought onboard was for reasons I highlighted!
They only came in Phase 2 after Sahara faarked up Phase 1 (which they had exclusively)! Sahara also got sidelined from a similar funded project by
Telkom for same & obvious reasons - They farked up! Trust me kid, I KNOW what I'm talking about!
You sound like you have a few of Guptas rupees in your pocket; you work for them?

Wrong, from what I can recall the only exclusivity Sahara had was for the servers
Desktops were provided by Dell/Mustek/Proline/etc in all the phases

Since you claim to know what you're talking about, care to elaborate exactly how they stuffed up?

No I don't work for them, nor do I have any of their rupees :) i'm just arguing your misinformation

I think Shara took on the support part?
They supplied and gave support. You pay extra for dell support when you buy a product directly from Dell. They have same day onsite assistance only for the period you pay for. HP has a onsite but not same day.
You can buy these products with out these, I think the same way you buy them from incredible corruption?
( If I understand correctly )

No they didn't take the support part, can't remember who did though

It's easyto challenge accusers when you know, that even if found guilty, nothing will happen.

Choice Tech - one of them! Since closed down!
See! I told you I know! Was there from the start!
Ex Dept of Ed (30 years)

I think Robben Island should be maintained properly. When the ANC loses an election, the Island’s space might be needed again.

Exactly my sentiments! And someone should document all these miscreants that have gotten away with a slap on wrist - and when the time comes, pick them up & ferry them over!

I know nothing about the details, but the ANC record is so dismal and Zuma is such a crook that I could well believe there is finookery involved.

The idea of everything being above-board and working like a well-oiled precision machine just makes me hysterical with mirth.
