President Jacob Zuma on Sunday announced his cabinet reshuffle which saw some ministers lose their jobs and additional appointments of deputy ministers to some ministries.

"We have taken a long and hard look at some departments with a view to strengthen some ministries and noted some of them needed additional deputy ministers to assist them in their duties," Zuma said when announcing the reshuffle in the presidential guest house in Pretoria.

Some of the ministers that were replaced included Communications Minister Siphiwe Nyanda.

It must be time for another one of those colloquiums [aka party party party] again.

If Roy's first order of business is not to announce that the DoC is abandoning all plans to amend !CASA [again] and that the DoC will stop interfering with !CASA's mandate, then Roy is just a guavamint delaying tactic to make everyone wait for positive change that will never come.
