President Jacob Zuma is appealing the North Gauteng High Court judgment on state capture.

Last Wednesday, December 13, a full bench of the North Gauteng High Court unanimously found that Zuma's review application of former public Protector Thuli Madonsela's recommendations on alleged state capture was ill advised and reckless.

Zuma wanted the court to set aside the remedial actions in Madonsela's State of Capture report which also called for Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng to choose the judge to oversee the commission of inquiry into state capture.

The facts speak for the president's clearly unreasonable stance, said Mlambo.

The court also found that Zuma must also be held personally liable for the legal cost.

Zuma slams opposition parties for running to courts when they are ‘defeated’
By Times LIVE - June 30, 2017

Ironic that, during the ANC conference, Zuma slammed ANC members who ran to the courts to overturn party crookery.

Well more costs on their way to his personal account filled by cadres.

They should just recall him, so the new president can appoint a commission.

I think they're afraid of uncertainty before 2019 elections. They're aware JZ doesn't care much about wellbeing of the organisation.

They can't. Any recommendation made by CR will be voted against. Not only in the NEC, but also in parliament. Too many captured individuals in noteworthy positions to protect the state capture. There is no way CR can play any meaningful role in this country or its future.

Seriously, is that you? Or - more likely -
Seriously's equally negative child?

Is it the same MPs and NEC members who have ambitions of retaining their jobs and some hoping to get jobs in government that you talking about?

Mzwandile Masina said he will never serve under Cyril, what is he saying now? Quoted out of context blah blah blah.
