That is not going to happen today. Should he win today it would only mean that the NPA needs to consult him before re-charging him for the 3rd time!!
And then if they do he can then apply for a permanent stay, however if he loses, he will then go ahead and and pursue his bid for a permanent stay scheduled for NOv

Really? I just read an article on IOL which seemed to give the opposite impression. I guess we'll just wait for the verdict - the rest is all subject to interpretation.
