Zuma conspiracy cannot be dismissed

Aag the farce and fiasco of the zuma trail... the state prosecutor was useless (is this the best we've got - or just the poor sap that was stuck with the job?!)

6 ministers testified she had accused them previously??!

There is no truth like an untruth. Lying is a primary method of going forward.

(since when is previous history relevant to a present trial? since when does totally unverifiable information - supposedly by men of the cloth - suddenly become - verifiable truth)

Conspiracy my arse. Shaik was found guilty of corruption, Zuma had close dealings with this man. It's time for him to face the music. In any case conspiracies normally work the other way where government officials are the conspirers, seeking to hide the truth from the public. Seems like they trying to cloak the real truth by dodging around the issue, hoping nobody would notice.

Don't bad mouth a state prosecutor before you walk a mile in their shoes. Yes some are incompetent but most of them are the most hardworking people working for a pittance. I have big respect for them.

Also, her previous history was relevent as the victim had cried foul for rape on numerous times before and the defense was arguing that this 'rape' was just another foul cry. Of course whether or not you have lied about being raped before does have some bearing on this situation but it is not the penultimate factor that will let Zuma off the hook.
 
It is very much likely that thre is a conspiracy aganist Zuma.

Why is it that everyone who is dimsssing the conspiracy ignoring the fact that that the accuser was in direct contact with the intelligence minister.

As I see it the accuser was probably reporting on how her mission (to dicredit Zuma) was progressing.

The accuser's explaination regarding her connections with the inteligence should be dimissed and not the conspiracy theory.

I think she didn’t cry “foul”(spelling) when she was raped (she most probably called him a pig.:D :D

Amazing the number of people who were trotted out that had previously had the accusation by her against them. Some of them (did I hear 6??) church ministers... but AFAIK (and I haven't followed in excruciating detail) - none of these 'accusations' were ever in any record - purely one persons word against another. The fact they are church ministers (and there are so many of them!!) - makes me question the veracity of the whole tale. Lies, lies, and more lies.

I have nothing but respect for the prosecutor - but kemp makes mincemeat with no rebuttal.

The imminent dismissal of National Intelligence Agency's cyber unit manager Funi Madlala is believed to be part of a wider ploy to purge NIA agents perceived to be loyal to ANC deputy president Jacob Zuma.

Madlala has been asked to forward reasons why he should not be dismissed in the wake of the hoax e-mail saga that has already claimed the heads of former director-general Billy Masetlha and counter-intelligence boss Bob Mhlanga.

Madlala was suspected of being the middleman in the distribution of the so-called hoax e-mails that detailed the alleged conspiracy against Zuma and secretary-general Kgalema Mothlante

Zuma is his own conspiracy. The man had unprotected sex with a known AIDS positive woman (it was the noble thing to do) - what a moron. Our future and present leaders of SA.
 
It is possible that zuma was seduced by the accuser to that he could be charged with rape and bring an end his political career.
The corruption trial had done little to reduce his popularity among the masses so the rape charge could be seeking to do what the corruption trail has failed to do.

That is nonsense. There is no tale of seduction in this trial, Zuma (innocent or not) took the leading role in the sex.
