Zuma Delivers In Namibia!

Handing over the consignment was the High Commissioner of South Africa, Yvette Myakayaka-Manzini, who said the delivery took longer because they had to operate according to a budget and money had to go through various processes before being approved.
One can only imagine what a bag of cowpeas costs now after funds had to go through "various processes".

Is it fair to assume that a Zuma family member took 2 years to acquire a cow-pea farm in order to capitalize off this one order. And that the farm will now be stripped of all its metal and the workers chased away?

So as part of a drought relief effort we are giving them 4 000 bags of cowpeas that require water for cooking.

Seems cruel :o
