Racism is about:

1) Power
2) Control
3) Greed
4) Always in a phase of denial
5) Touches every aspect of society
6) Take time to admit they are wrong, then make a joke of it
7) Says they were wrongly quoted
8) Says their comments were reported out of context

He now wants to stop racism in what appears to be Rugby in South Africa.

However, wonder if he ever wondered on how many shining examples there are for 1-8 where this directly shows racism in the ANC...

So, racism is about acting like the ANC?

A Black friend of mine is trying to do business with some BEE friends off his, and He told me , you know how this business men are,
1) Power
2) Control
3) Greed

Can anyone confirm this?

Someone just told me that on 702, yesterday, John Robbie mentioned that the ANC is busy working on securing a third term for Zuma.

Is this true?

Because, if this is true and he gets a third term, he will become our first dictator. He will never leave office again. Just wonder how the ANC will do this...

No, they were talking about extending his term as the ANC president (not the country president) by 2 years so that he will remain the ANC president until he completes his term as the country's president. It's a group within the ANC that is lobbying for this. The aim is to bring the ANC president’s term of office into sync with that of the head of state. Otherwise his term of office as head of the ANC would end in 2017 while his term of office as head of the state only ends in 2019

Thank you MickeyD. Will read up on this, but this is the beginning of bad news for South Africa.

Beginning? Bad news is already here.

This is for the ANC presidency, not the country. I might be mistaken but the constitution only allows two terms for a single person to serve as president. Will be difficult to change that (country would suffer from investors pulling out even more etc.)

Thanks Sherbang. Unfortunately, I do not trust the ANC at all. One will have to wait and see what changes they need to make in order to ensure this, and what will happen if they decide to keep him even longer in power...

Not that the ANC care about investors. They just do not want any Western influence standing in their way. This is evident looking at the current state of investors in this country.

They can't extend his term of office without changing the constitution

Not so sure about that too. Looking at how corrupt the government is, how they are steam rolling over the opposition, especially in regards to Nkandla, implementing laws, etc.

I see them making changes to the constitution, or doing away with it in total leaving the opposition screaming and shouting but that would be the end to it.

I don't think that's really a realistic scenario, personally.
