The PMburg ruling is about whether the NPA followed the correct procedure, not about whether Zuma is innocent. Frankly, his lack of innocence was shown up the moment Shaik was sentenced.

I would understand if he was let loose. After all, in the minds of many he is guilty no matter what because of the NPA's bungling. Sometimes I wonder if that was not the goal right from the start.

If he doesn't got to court, then he is innocent.

Innocent until proven guilty remember?
Then he can be the people's hero.
Victim of the struggle and all.

He basically did admit his own guilt. Zuma said if charged he will take others down with him.
