Writing is on the wall for Zuma
July 6 2015 at 07:44am By Tshego Lepule

Cape Town - Is this the work of an ardent admirer, or an anti-Zuma fanatic?

Motorists had a giggle on Sunday when they spotted a naughty message spraypainted on Parliament’s wall.
A cheeky graffiti artist wrote: “Zuma makes me wet.”

The words, written in black paint, could be seen plainly by anyone walking past the Parliamentary buildings in Plein Street in the city centre.

A few people even stood next to the graffiti to snap a picture and posted it on Twitter.

DA Chief whip John Steenhuisen told the Daily Voice it was completely unacceptable for people to vandalise Parliament: “If someone is disappointed with the President there are other ways of expressing themselves… defacing the centre of debate is not one of them.

“Parliament is a special place and for someone to deface it is completely unacceptable.

“It ends up costing the taxpayer money as the cost of removing it will ultimately come from taxpayers.

“We will look at security footage to see if the perpetrator can be identified.”

If caught an offender is usually served with a compliance notice to remove the graffiti.

“If they don’t comply then we can remove it and bill them for the cost,” said police spokesman Wayne Dyason.

“A fine of R5 000 can also be imposed.”

Rather than being a special place, Parliament is where ANC thieving gets rubber stamped.

Oh but its OK to use the taxpayer to pay for Nkaaaaandla...

Guavamint priorities..

Spends R240mil on numba wan's retirement pozzie, loses mind over the expense of having to wash graffiti off a wall.

“It ends up costing the taxpayer money as the cost of removing it will ultimately come from taxpayers."

At least the person who removes it will have earned that money and it will have effectively created work, unless it goes through one of those tenders and a ANC cadre benefits again.

Did you read the OP, here's an extract:
