Last time I checked, Zuma, and his commie allies China and Russia were supporting al Assads brutal clampdown on the Syrian people, and against any form of intervention.
Syria (ME) and Eritrea (that place next to Zuma's other mate Al Bashir) by far making up the largest of these refugee seekers.

He said Africa but I'd include countries like Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan in the Wests destabilization. All the same region.
 
I cringe everytime this man says something that will be heard beyond our borders.

What's worse is that he thinks anyone cares.

I accept the region inclusions, the US have no doubt created a lot of problems and done things under questionable pretenses. The AU however need to get their own heads out of the sand and acknowledge that they are an empty vessel and complicit through the support of/inaction against dictatorial regimes, and when people get fed up, things go south (or north in this case)

And Nato intervention post arab spring was triggered by... everything being rainbows, sunshine and unicorns? People were bailing out from Gadhafis murderous rule long before Nato got involved.

The point is not that you occasionally agree with what he said, but the irony of Zuma blaming the west for Africa's problems.

The west helped the ANC get into power, contributing to regime change in this country, but Zuma & co will never acknowledge how they are screwing up everything. Can't be them, it'll always be someone or something else causing the problems.

Thanks SACP. Thanks Malema. Thanks everybody in the youth league who let themselves be led around by their noses. Thanks to all the people who helped Zuma get into power. I trust Zuma is now almost finished with pulling all your teeth so that he can try and run for another term... and another... and another... etc...

By the way the blaming is not to divert attention from their own short-comings. The couldn't give a fart about that. The blame is to turn opinion against the freer world.
