With OJ, he lost a civil claim. The original case was badly handled and the police botched, so we can safely say that we believe OJ did it. I don't see a parallel with Zuma.

You honestly believe that the SAPS is capable of handling such a case. They did a fantastic job with the Tony Yengeni drunk driving case (thrown out of court for botched evidence) that it is impossible they could fsck up the Zuma case, especially with the excessive bribery

Whatever Zuma's fitness or otherwise for public office, the cartoon has very offensive messages. People have a right to their reputation, and the courts need to establish whether Zuma was defamed. In defamation actions, SA courts have historically recognised that people who place themselves in the public eye are burdened by a more stringent standard of proof. It'll be an interesting case.
