President Jacob Zuma has given his first public reaction to the ongoing student protests.

In a statement issued by the presidency, Zuma will meet with management of universities and student leaders on Friday to discuss the stalemate with regards to tuition fee increases.

Students marched to Parliament as part of the #FeesMustFall Campaign which is sweeping South African universities.
Zuma says government fully understands the pressure and difficulties that students face regarding high university.

The Presidency's Bongani Majola said, “The president reiterated that has government fully understands pressure and difficulties that students coming from poor households and the working class face.”

The consultative meetings will convene at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.

Zuma doesn't even understand big numbers, how's he going to understand advanced stuff like economic growth and prosperity?

They can count their lucky stars because he couldn't...........

He will just dance around like a halfwit with that chameleon look of his and dazzle them with a freshly brasso'd shower head.

Who can ever trust Zuma again after his recent displays of illiteracy.

The ANC, if they have any shred of honour in them, should submit a vote of no confidence in Zuma.

I would go so far as to sing the ANC's praises if they would do that.

Far too little and far too late. There is no way I would ever sing for that useless party.

I suspect the students will tell him to f off unless he brings a 0% promise with him.

Very simple, if he tries to read slowly off of a page, he will lose the crowd instantly.
The protesters want answers now, they don't want to listen to some moron fail to read off a page. He is going to have to manage it with little aid from his papers.
