Nope, never. The ANC have on average, each election, since 1994, around 11 million votes. Their closest oppression, the DA, got around 4 million. Most of the ANC support are the uneducated, in far flung, rural areas that have no access to Internet and I'll bet they have zero idea about what has happened over the last year in this country. 2019 may see the ANC dip below 62% for the first time since they were elected in '94. But I'll be they won't even loose a million votes....
