Goodday, I'm using Zyxel EMG3525-T50B.Is there an app that you can monitor or control who is using your wifi. The One connect and Zyxel Air apps is not working and Nebula does not want to exept my router.I am on Openserve and using Metro fibre. I did use Rain previously and was using the AI app which worked great.

The web interface should show you who all is connected to the router. From there, you can block/controll acces. I haven't worked on Zyxel for years, but the funtionality should still be there.

It's your gateway address or its printed underneath the router. Something like 192.168.0.1 or whatever,

Yup, this. Otherwise, it should be in the router documentation, along with the default admin username & password, which you should have changed as soon as you've received the router. Tbh, I would just change all the passwords if I suspected someone was accessing the wifi that wasn't supposed to.
