Telkom mobile prepaid data – old vs new prices
Telkom recently published new prepaid mobile data prices on its website, which went live on 22 June.
The operator’s new bundles will provide users with coverage on both Telkom and MTN’s networks, and no longer list an option to buy “Telkom only” data.
“Telkom is delivering greater value to its customers as it enhances its prepaid data offering by consolidating both its Telkom Mobile bundles and its All Network bundles into one set of prepaid options that will provide national coverage for subscribers,” said Telkom.
Out-of-bundles costs are set to 29c per MB – down from R1 – for all packages, with bundle validity based on size.
The 50GB bundle is valid for 12 months, the 20GB six months, and all other bundles two months (expire at end of following calendar month after activation).
