Cell C getting R1.5 billion from Oger Telecom
Cell C announced today (24 May 2012) that its majority shareholder, Dubai-based Oger Telecom is currently injecting US$180 million (about R1,5 billion) as equity into Cell C.
“This foreign investment into South Africa demonstrates the confidence our shareholders have in both South Africa and Cell C,” said Cell C CEO Alan Knott-Craig.
