Glassdoor has released its 2016 Employees’ Choice Awards winners, which show that Ultimate Software CEO Scott Scherr and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg have the highest employee approval ratings among tech leaders.
The 2016 winners were determined based on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor.
When completing a company review, employees are asked to rate several factors tied to their job – including sentiment around their CEO’s leadership.
When rating their CEO on Glassdoor, employees are able to choose from one of three options: approve, disapprove, or no opinion of the CEO.
The list below shows the tech CEOs with the highest approval ratings among their employees.
