New Telkom smartphone package prices
Telkom has launched four new smartphone plans, which the company said will offer customers three-times the value of the plan they purchase.
The announcement follows the recent introduction of Telkom’s new range of mobile voice bundles.
As an example, Telkom said the SmartPhone Basic package costs R50 and customers receive 150MB of data, 150 SMSs, and 150 voice minutes.
The voice minutes are made up of 50 minutes for Telkom mobile calls, another 50 minutes for Telkom fixed-line calls, and the remaining 50 minutes for all-network use.
Telkom said subscribers are able to top up the service they use most often, rather than going out of bundle or buying more expensive “all network” minutes.
These new SIM-only deals are available immediately, said Telkom.
