Telkom launches LTE double-data promotion
Telkom has launched an LTE double-data promotion, offering users double their usual anytime and Night Surfer (midnight – 07:00) data on several packages.
The Telkom website now lists double-data allocations for several SmartBroadband Wireless LTE 24-month contract and prepaid packages.
“For a limited time only, we will be doubling your standard anytime and Night Surfer data,” stated Telkom.
The contracts include a free Huawei B315 LTE Wi-Fi router, and free SIM and connection with the device.
The site also states that the first 1,000 customers who sign up for a 50GB or 100GB SmartBroadband Wireless contract will receive an Android TV media player for free.
Update
Telkom stated that should a subscriber sign up for a package, they will receive double data for the 24 months of their contract.
“The promotion will last until January 2018,” said Telkom.
“Existing Telkom LTE contract subscribers will be able to migrate to these double data deals in order to benefit from the double data allocations at current prices.”
