MTN systems downtime
Numerous MTN services, including the MTN website, and MTN service provider website, experienced downtime on Monday 24 June 2013.
Some users reported that MTN shops could not perform certain tasks because of problems with MTN’s IT systems.
Both the MTN and MTN SP websites were also down. The message “No Suitable Nodes are available to serve your request” greeted some users trying to access these sites.
MTN was contacted for more information about the downtime, but the company was not immediately available for comment.
