Cell C’s cool new offices
Cell C staff has begun the move into the company’s new offices in Midrand, which also features a walk-in customer care centre and a large warehouse.
Cell C’s new head office in Midrand occupies approximately 46,000 square meters initially, with 14,000 square meters of future development potential.
The campus includes offices, a national network operations centre (NOC), data centre, customer walk-in centre, call centre, Cell C shop, and a distribution warehouse.
Some of Cell C’s business units have already moved to the new Cell C campus, with the rest of the staff is expected to move in before the festive season arrives.
It is not only Cell C’s staff who will benefit from the swanky new campus.
The company said that customers will be welcomed by their new customer walk-in centre where they can receive personal service from Cell C’s trained teams.
There is also a coffee shop in the centre for customers to make use of.
Primarily for staff, but also available to customers will be a second coffee shop, convenience store, and a restaurant in the corporate building.
There is also a 1.8km walking track through the wetlands, which Cell C said it hopes will encourage staff to get a little exercise during the day.
