Amazon improves Fire tablet

The Amazon Fire and Fire Kids Edition are now available with 16GB of internal storage, and in three new colours – magenta, blue, and tangerine.

The Amazon Fire will be available as an 8GB model for $49.99, or 16GB for $69.99.

The Fire Kids Edition will be available with 16GB of internal storage for $119.99.

“Fire is the fastest-selling Amazon tablet ever, with millions sold since its launch,” said Kevin Keith, GM – Fire Tablets.

“We’re excited to introduce Fire with bright new colours and even more storage.”
