IFA is the biggest consumer electronics show in Europe, and this year it took place from 2 to 7 September in Berlin.

IFA 2016 featured 1,823 exhibitors and a rented area of 158,000 square meters.

IFA said it is the world’s most important trade show for consumer and home electronics, and top electronics manufacturers launch their latest innovations at the annual IFA event.

Asus, Acer, Sony, TomTom, HTC, and Huawei were some of the companies which unveiled new products this year.

Here are the top pics from IFA 2016.

Sony Xperia XZ

Sony’s Xperia XZ flagship smartphone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 3GB RAM, 5.2-inch 1080p display, 2,900mAh battery, and the Android OS.

The device also sports 32GB of storage – with microSD support – a fingerprint sensor, and a USB Type-C port.

Lenovo Yoga Book

The Lenovo Yoga Book, the world’s thinnest and lightest 2-in-1 tablet, offers portability, long battery life, and a rich app ecosystem.

The 2-in-1 tablet features a halo keyboard, a dual-use stylus that writes on paper and the display, and Book UI.

LG 38-inch UltraWide Monitor

LG’s 38UC99 38-inch display with a 21:9 aspect ratio is the world’s largest curved ultra-wide monitor.

It features a 3,840 x 1,600 resolution, USB Type-C port, and Bluetooth speakers. Pricing is set at $1,499.

Samsung Gear S3

Samsung unveiled its new Gear S3 smartwatches, which feature IP68 water resistance, mobile payments, LTE connectivity, and built-in GPS.

The Gear S3 is available in two designs, the Gear S3 Frontier and Gear S3 Classic.

Acer Predator 21 X

The Acer Predator 21 X is a gaming notebook which features a 21-inch curved ultra-wide display that sports a 2,560 x 1,080 resolution.

The display also supports Nvidia G-Sync and Tobii eye tracking. Other standout features of the Predator include a 4.2-channel audio system and a full-size illuminated keyboard with Cherry MX mechanical switches.

Samsung 34-inch Curved Quantum Dot Monitor

Samsung’s 34-inch CF791 monitor features the company’s Quantum Dot technology.

The CF791 features a 1500R curvature, a 100Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync, and a 21:9 aspect ratio.

Acer Swift 7

Acer’s Swift 7 weighs 1.1kg and is a 9.98mm thick – Acer claims it is the world’s thinnest laptop.

The laptop features a Corning Gorilla Glass 13.3-inch Full HD IPS display, 7th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, 256GB SSD, and up to 8GB of RAM.

HP Elite Slice

HP’s Elite Slice desktop is a small, modular desktop with a wireless design.

The Elite Slice has a form factor of 16.5 x 3.3 x 16.5 cm, weighs 1.04kg, and offers stackable modules.

The wireless design allows for a clean work environment, said HP, with the device powered from a display via a USB 3.1 Type-C cable.

Alcatel Vision

Alcatel’s all-in-one virtual reality device, called Vision, promises to be one of the most affordable on the market.

The Alcatel Vision sports an eight-core CPU, 3GB of memory, 32GB of storage, Bluetooth, and LTE connectivity. The VR device also has an accelerometer, gyro, and proximity sensor built in.
