What will you do for R50?
A new South African online marketplace called For A Fifty allows people to list tasks (jobs) which they are willing to do for R50.
Noleen Mariappen, the person behind the For A Fifty website, said that the platform makes it easier for people to find freelance work and supplement their income.
According to Noleen, For A Fifty was developed with minimal budget or support, but has plans to become a major force and key player when it comes to profitable and beneficial sales networks in SA.
“From as little as R50”, businesses can get their job done and cut costs in overhead and personnel, she said.
The website is basically a local version of the popular international website Fiverr, a marketplace where people list tasks which they are willing to do for $5.
