It depends how much you are willing to spend and what type of design work you need done. I would also like to point out that hot design houses rarely equals hot web template design: I know of some places that do brilliant print but their web template design sucks very badly.
I know of somebody who charges R 5000 for a web template and then I know of somebody who charges R 25 000 for a web template. Post your budget and requirements and I can get some better costs for you.

OK, well I am looking for a redesign of www.Store.co.za and then maybe 3 or 4 other templates that we can use for our customers.

Front page only or inner pages too? If so, how many inner pages? Lastly, what's your budget (roughly), this is a great deciding factor.

That layout is very unconventional, with information not grouped into logical sections. Maybe if Malan spent more time "designing programs" than "playing games" his site would be truly world-class...

Zarenya, personally, I'd drop the ads and make the site a fixed width. This should be a good start.
