What's going on with Axxess Lite?

that does look rather bad,

I have a 4mb line with DL of 0.53 and UP of 0.43
Tried resetting router etc?
 
I'm in Cape Town and getting full speed (10Mbps) on my Axxess Lite account. Have you tried testing with another account from a differest ISP? The problem's highly unlikely to be with Axxess.

I tried to but I can't find an ISP I can sign up with without the need of an SA ID, which i don't have. any suggestions what ISP I could try? I want to switch anyway.

add: slowly going back to normal

I wish they would upgrade my line in Strand to 10mbit
 
might have something to do with telkom, I'm in the queue for 68 minutes already. lol

I'm having the same issue.
I think it's an IS thing, 'cause I'm getting it on both my axxess lite and afrihost uncapped accounts and I'm in joburg.
Both of them go through IS, so it looks like that's the issue.
