Yes, it fits, you just have to get a low profile bracket, Esquire also sells them, it's the card I have in mine.

Does anyone know if the GT520 on this special would fit?!?

Macros meaning what?
Like scripting. Think its called sequences
Sorry about this blatant bump just didn't want my post to go unseen because it was at the bottom of a previous page.Could someone with the iSonic receiver from Bios Online and Harmony remote combo using Windows maybe install Plex and see if it works. If it works with XBMC one would assume it should work in Plex, but just to be sure. Would be greatly appreciated.
PCI-E network cards don't come cheap, the cheapest I could find was the above mentioned intel one from ikonicit for R345
The same one at rebeltech says it includes a low-profile bracket
Thanks for the links dude. Been looking for cards with LP brackets. 4 in the cart![]()
Welcome!Thanks placed an order.
I need some help please. Firstly, I know nothing about Linux ( quite fustrating must say).
I have xbmcbuntu installed and am trying to add a second harddrive. The harddrive already has media on and formatted ntfs. The bios picks up drive, but it is not shown in xbmc. Must it first be mounted or something. What is easiest to get drive useable by xbmc?
I use normal ubuntu and every time I start up I have to mount my drives before xbmc picks it up. Its easy in ubuntu though, just go to my computer and click on the drive and it is mounted. Not sure how xbmcbuntu works though.
You can add it to startup so that it always mounts when you boot.
How? Am a linux noob.![]()
What the alternatives to the Microserver for client-only hardware. I have 3 tv's around the house. My plan is to connect the Microserver the the main tv (living room), and then have XBMC run as clients at the other TVs. Seems a bit of a waste to have a microserver do this "client" work. Any other "cheap" options - dont need harddrive, only lan connection and hdmi out.

Agreed, cheap plex clients then? Those Android mini computers perhaps? Mk802 z900 etcI use my HP MS as a NAS server and use Plex for the devices around the home.
IMO, if you have more than one device to stream to then XBMC ain't the choice. Plex is designed for a multi viewing environment.
