It comes from the IEC - I just don't like the idea of having to download a frikkin PDF every time I want to see the latest results.
 
seriously... you can't get the result on screen?
if they wanted to limit requests, they could have put a session or cookie var in there with a retry in x seconds message.
how annoying.
 
Okay... what the hell is wrong with the mathematicians at SABC ( or IEB). TIme and time again their percentages goes over 100%. The latest example, KZN: 98% ANC, 12% DA, 2% forgot who.

If they can't do simple maths, how are they suppose to accurately keep record of millions of votes.
