Take2 to rebrand as Takealot

Nothing about this name sounds right. At least Pick 'n Pay is honest ... pick but pay for it. This new name sounds like the Governments' unwritten Redistribution of Wealth policy.

Who cares about the name or the branding?
I only care about the price and the service.
I just bought over a grand's worth of books from Take2.
Will continue to use them rather than that bunch of crooks Kalahari.net.

1) Stupid name
2) Horrible new site design
3) Similarly gross logo
4) Moving to a .com domain from a local domain makes it feel less local

I'm quite disappointed as they were my favourite online store. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

The retards who came up with this redesign need to be shot. If it isn't broken, don't try to fix it.

Sounds greedy...

K, just saw the logo, eish.

Not a great new name. Take2 was fine and has a good rep in my books, have bought a lot from them. (G35 Headset 2 weeks ago)

Takealot... What the devil, did someone watched a Camelot marathon last week?

As long as the prices are far better than the competitors...and if the shipping is well organized/with tracker and on-time I will be surfing to buy!

take a lot sounds stupid. hopefully they keep to the quality take2.

take2 had such a good brand name with high opinions on it. You be silly to throw that brand away...

I am a big take2 fan. Their side did started to feel a bit dated - so I am glad that there is a bit of redesign. I must say I don't understand what is up with the name change however. Take2 just started to get broader name recognition! But that is not my problem I guess - as long as they have great prices and wide variety I will support them. I wonder whether they had to change the name due to a naming conflict?

Wont be buying from them for a while.

Absolutely horrible decision making, they have ruined everything. So disappointed.

LOL... you're not going to buy from them cos you don't like their logo and name???? :D

I buy from them cos their prices are cheap. ;)
